Peter Kadas is a Trustee of the Kadas Prize Foundation. He opened the CS First Boston Budapest office and co-led it from 1990 to 1995. In 1995 he co-founded Renaissance Capital in Moscow before moving to MC Securities in London in 1996. From 1997 to 2000 he was chief executive of Croesus Central European Corporate Restructuring Fund which he co-founded. He then worked in various roles in the UK arm of a predecessor of the BXR Group until 2010, when he joined BXR Partners LLP. Originally from Hungary, he holds Canadian and UK citizenship and currently lives in Barcelona, where he is a Senior Adviser at BXR Corporate Consulting Partners SL, which is an adviser to investment group BXR Group. He has a degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
